A-CAROLING WE GO (2)

This one is a little cheesy...but I like Styx, so you're kind of stuck with it...

STYX ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS

There was a live version out there, so I thought I'd include it...

  1. Never knew Styx recorded a holiday song.

    1. It was in the '00 decade, so it did not get much airplay.

The album is "A Classic Rock Christmas," or the videio is on their live DVD with the Clevenland Youth Orchestra.-both still available on Amazon.

    1. Jenny-

Christmas songs are a tough biz-it seems like if they cover the classics I piss and moan that all they do is cover the classics.

If they try something new, I complain it doesn't measure up to the classics.

I don't know if this one measures up, but it is catchy and festive, as you pointed out.

  5. I never heard that song before. Like you say, it isn't what I'd call a "classic", but I like it better than the old "All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth"...

  7. I could think of only two things to say:

    STYX SUX

    STYX ROX

I went with the one nearer to my heart.
